As part of Alliant’s prequalification service, your company will be asked to submit to Alliant certain confidential information, including, without limitation, financial statements, information about your corporate structure and business operations, and information about your company’s safety programs and policies (“Confidential Information”). Alliant hereby confirms that it shall treat all Confidential Information submitted by your company as strictly confidential and shall not use or disclose this Confidential Information except as necessary to perform its prequalification services. Alliant shall employ reasonable and customary measures no less stringent than the measures it uses to protect its own confidential information in order to protect and secure your company’s Confidential Information from unauthorized release or distribution.
